Shooting Pacific Palisades

Old Riviera homes, new builds and the afternoon light

Some Palisades listings are established Riviera houses. Others are rebuilds or new builds that just finished. Either way, photos and drone are back the next morning, and the listing video takes 2 to 4 business days.

In the Palisades, light and layout come first. Afternoon sun comes through the front rooms in a way buyers expect to see before they book. Where a home opens to a patio or a pool, we shoot that flow on purpose. A photo that stops at the glass leaves out half the house.

Rebuilds and new builds need a different touch. The rooms have to look finished and lived in, not like a construction site with furniture. We shoot clean, color-true interiors and a drone pass that shows how close the house is to the bluff and to the Village. Twilight (in Signature, or a $300 add-on) gives a new house its first evening glow.

Palisades listings fall into two groups: established homes and rebuilds or newer builds. Older homes need rooms that feel warm. Newer homes need rooms that feel finished, and a street view that shows the setting, since the landscaping is still young.

Drone does real work here. It shows how close the house is to the bluff, how the lot sits against the canyon and how close the Village is. A golden-hour photo of the front shows the light people move here for.

Pacific Palisades questions
What does Pacific Palisades real estate photography cost?

The same as anywhere in LA: priced by the home's size. Photos start at $250, and listing packages run from $650 (Standard) to $2,200 (Signature). You see your exact price before you book.

Do you shoot rebuild and new-construction listings in Pacific Palisades?

Yes. Rebuilds, new builds and established homes all come up often for us across the Palisades. Photos, video and drone happen in one visit, and we schedule it for when the house is ready for the camera.

How soon will a new build's photos be ready?

A new build often needs its media the day finish work ends, and the pace is the same as any other listing: photos and drone the next morning, listing video in 2 to 4 business days.

Why use drone and dusk photos in the Palisades?

Buyers ask how close the house is to the bluff, the canyon and the Village. A drone shot answers all three. Twilight (in Signature, or a $300 add-on) shows the coastal light, which matters most on a new build, where the trees haven't grown in yet.

Which Pacific Palisades neighborhoods do you cover?

We cover Pacific Palisades, from the Village and the Riviera to the bluffs and the canyon streets, and the Westside neighborhoods around it.

From an agent
“Vincent was able to elevate the visual appearance and the potential of the property, which immediately led to multiple successful showings. I liked the most the geometric angles that he took and that he highlighted the natural light”
