Zillow 3D tours in Los Angeles, so buyers walk the house before they call.
A buyer in another time zone can walk your listing at midnight. By the time they call, they already know where the stairs are.
A walkable copy of the house, live on Zillow.
A Zillow 3D tour is a walkable version of the home. The buyer moves through it on a phone or a laptop, room to room, in any order, and looks around wherever they stop. Ours comes with an interactive floor plan, and it shows on the Zillow listing, linked to your photos.
Photos choose the angle for the buyer. A tour doesn't. They see how the kitchen meets the yard, how far the primary suite is from the stairs, and what's behind the door in photo four.
It's for the homes six photos can't explain. We've drawn plans for a 4,779 sq ft two-story estate and for a 2,523 sq ft house with a guest house. A buyer can't guess those layouts from the street, and the tour answers them before the first showing. If you only need the plan, see floor plans.

Every room, at their own pace, with the plan beside it.
Walk any room
They pick the order. Kitchen first, yard second, the upstairs hallway last. Nobody waits for the next photo.
A plan that moves with them
The interactive floor plan is part of the tour, not a second file. Buyers see how the rooms connect while they walk them.
On the Zillow listing
The tour shows on Zillow, linked to your photos, in the place buyers are already looking.

Buyers who can't drive by, and houses that take explaining.
Out-of-town buyers are the clearest case. A Beverly Hills listing gets looked at from other states and other countries. The tour lets them walk it before they book a flight, or decide not to.
Layout is the other reason. A three-story house in Malibu, a long single-story ranch on a flat Woodland Hills lot and a hillside home stacked on a slope all hide their plan from the front photo. Walking it shows how the pieces fit.
Vacant homes get something out of it too. An empty room is hard to read for scale. In a tour the buyer crosses it, which tells them more than a corner shot does.

Open the door yourself.
Two tours from our own shoots. The first is a home on Erwin Street in Woodland Hills. Tap either one to load it, then walk it the way a buyer would at midnight. A tour only loads when you tap, so the page stays fast.

Zillow 3D tour + interactive floor plan: $200.
It comes with the Signature package. On Standard or Premium, you add it to the booking. It adds $15 per 500 sq ft over 2,000. Tell us the address and square footage, book the time that works online, and we call before the shoot to plan what the listing should highlight.

What is a Zillow 3D tour?
A walkable version of the home. A buyer moves through it on a phone or a laptop, room to room, in any order, and looks around wherever they stop. Ours comes with an interactive floor plan and shows on the Zillow listing, linked to your photos.
Does it include a floor plan?
Yes. The interactive floor plan is part of the tour, so a buyer sees how the rooms connect while they walk them. If all you want is the measured plan, floor plans are their own service.
Which packages include a Zillow 3D tour?
It comes with Signature. On Standard or Premium you add it to the booking for $200 on a home up to 2,000 sq ft, then $15 for each 500 sq ft over that.
Does a 3D tour replace photos and video?
No. Photos get the click, the film tells the story, and the tour lets a buyer walk the house at their own pace. The tour sits next to your photos on Zillow, not in place of them.
How fast do I get it?
The tour and its floor plan arrive together the next morning, with the rest of your gallery, ready to attach to the listing.
How long does the tour stay live?
For as long as your listing is active. It keeps working on the MLS, your website and social every hour the home is on the market.
