Beverly Hills homes, from the Flats to the hills above Sunset
Palm-lined streets in the Flats, gated Trousdale Estates and canyon homes toward Benedict Canyon, shot in one visit with the gate code handled.
Palms in the Flats, glass above Sunset
Plenty of Beverly Hills buyers look online long before they come see anything. Some are out of town. Some are overseas. They decide from your photos whether the listing is worth the flight or the drive. Photos and drone are back the next morning, and the listing video takes 2 to 4 business days.
A lot of these homes sit behind a gate or a hedge, so the photos may be the only look a buyer gets for a while. The Flats are Spanish and Traditional houses on deep lawns, and the hills above Sunset are glass and white stucco. We shoot the rooms in true color, so the finishes look the way they do in person, and we fly the lot so buyers can see how big the grounds are and how private they feel. Real twilight (in Signature, or a $300 add-on) shows the front of the house with every window lit.
Buyers ask what's close, and in Beverly Hills the answer sells. Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunset and the historic Post Office on Crescent Drive are all minutes from the Flats. Up in Trousdale Estates the pitch changes to the view and the privacy, and that is where the drone does the most work.
In the Flats, the pitch is the lot: how wide it runs and how close the neighbors sit behind the hedge. Up in Trousdale Estates and the canyons, it's the view and the privacy. Aerials answer both, and twilight (in Signature, or a $300 add-on) shows the house the way an evening visit would.

Learn moreWhat does Beverly Hills real estate photography cost?
The same as anywhere in LA: priced by the home's size. Photos start at $250, and listing packages run from $650 (Standard) to $2,200 (Signature). You see your exact price before you book.
Do you shoot gated homes in the Flats and Trousdale Estates?
Yes. We shoot the hedged lots of the Flats, the gated estates of Trousdale Estates and the hillside homes above Sunset. Camera and drone come on the same visit, and guards, gate codes and security rules are fine.
When will a Beverly Hills listing be ready to post?
Photos and drone are in your inbox the next morning, so you can post to the MLS and social that day. The listing video takes 2 to 4 business days. A guard schedule or a gate code adds a phone call, not a day.
Why do drone and dusk photos matter for Beverly Hills listings?
In the Flats a house is judged by its lot, and in the hills by its view. A drone shot shows how big the grounds are, how tall the hedge runs and how closed off the house is from the street. Twilight (in Signature, or a $300 add-on) shows the house lit up, the way an evening visit would. A daytime shot from the front can't do either.
Do you shoot Spanish and Traditional homes differently from modern rebuilds?
A little. Spanish and Traditional houses get the arches, the tile and the front lawn at dusk. New modern rebuilds get the glass, the clean lines and the pool at blue hour. Both get the rooms in true color and a drone pass.
Which Beverly Hills neighborhoods do you cover?
We cover all of Beverly Hills, from the Flats and Trousdale Estates to the canyon streets above Sunset, plus Bel Air and West Hollywood next door.
