Bel Air estates, shot behind the hedge and above the canyon
Hillside estates off Stone Canyon and Beverly Glen, shot in one quiet visit. We work around the gate, the security and the seller's schedule.
A hedge on the street, a canyon behind it
Most Bel Air homes hide behind a hedge, a gate and a long driveway. From the curb, a buyer sees a keypad and some leaves. So your listing photos are often the first real look anyone gets, and for some buyers, the only look before they ask for a private showing. You'll have photos and drone by the next morning. The video follows in 2 to 4 business days.
The neighborhood opens at the East and West Gates on Sunset Boulevard and climbs past Bel-Air Country Club into Stone Canyon and up Moraga Drive. What sells up there doesn't show from the road: the motor court, the pool terrace, the lawn, the view down the canyon. A drone shows the lot, the approach and the hedges in one shot, without anyone stepping past the property line.
We shot 947 N Beverly Glen Boulevard, a wood-paneled craftsman cottage in the hills. The aerial pass runs from the boulevard over the hillside to the Century City skyline, and it opens the listing film. Inside, diamond-pane windows and wood paneling carry the rooms, so we shot them in true color.
A Bel Air home is priced on what's around it as much as the house: the size of the lot, the privacy from every neighbor, how the home sits above or below the street. A photo from the curb shows none of that.
So every Bel Air shoot starts with the grounds. We fly the lot and the approach, then do the rooms and the video. We keep the crew small and quick, and we treat the gate with care. Some buyers make one trip to LA, if that, so the photos have to answer what they'd ask on it. A dusk photo of the front is available too, with the lights on.

Learn moreWhat does Bel Air real estate photography cost?
The same as anywhere in LA: priced by the home's size. Photos start at $250, and listing packages run from $650 (Standard) to $2,200 (Signature). You see your exact price before you book.
Can you shoot a gated Bel Air estate discreetly?
Yes. We work around each property's security, access codes and arrival windows. Photos, video and drone are shot in one visit, so the house isn't open to a stream of people for long.
Why does drone matter so much in Bel Air?
Hedges, gates and long driveways hide most Bel Air lots, and the hills drop away behind them. A drone shows the size of the lot, how private it is, how the house sits on the slope and where the canyon opens toward the city. A camera on the ground can't get that view.
Do you shoot hillside homes on narrow Bel Air roads?
Yes. Many Bel Air streets are narrow and steep, with little room to park. Tell us when you book and we plan the crew size and the gear around it. We keep the visit small and quiet.
When will a Bel Air gallery be ready?
A long drive up from the gate adds minutes to load-in, not days to delivery. Photos and drone are in your inbox the next morning, and the listing video takes 2 to 4 business days. You won't need a second visit to the property.
Which Bel Air neighborhoods do you cover?
We cover Bel Air, from the Sunset Boulevard gates and Stone Canyon to the Beverly Glen hills, plus Brentwood and Beverly Hills next door.
