Vincent Ybanez
Vincent went to film school to direct suspense thrillers, and he still shoots every listing like a short film: slow, intentional, and built so every frame could stand alone as a photograph. He started Virtual View Tours in 2018 filming virtual tours for more than 100 hotels, moved into Matterport in 2020, and by 2024 went all in on real estate photography, film and aerial.
Today he still shoots and directs the work, and the goal is the same one he started with: make the listing, and the agent behind it, look like a movie. Marketing should never be the thing that costs one of our agents a listing.
Every shoot is founder-led, with a second shooter and aerial operator covering the angles one camera misses, and studio coordination plus in-house editing behind it. That is how the same standard holds on every order: the same eyes on every frame, FAA Part 107 aerial work, and in-house editing that never leaves the studio. You will hear from real people at every step, from the first call to the delivery email.
