We looked up every LA listing we shot this year in public sale records and kept the homes that hit the market within 30 days of our shoot. Of the 67 that went under contract, half did it within 20 days. 30 of the 61 that closed sold over asking.

A property with a tenant in one unit had already been on the market. On the relist, the agent added virtual staging to the vacant unit so buyers could finally read the empty space as a home, and reshot the gallery to match.

Every service, on one property.
For a property going to market for rent, the owner wanted everything: photos, drone stills and video, a social package, horizontal and vertical films, a 3D tour with a floor layout, and staged photos. We shot it in the afternoon and had almost all of it ready by the next morning.
